THE POSITIVE IMPACT OF « RUGBY AU CŒUR »

FOR EDUCATION – « Try and stop us for children »
At the Maurice Boyau School (in Aveyron), the ambition is to bring together 12 schools from around the world to celebrate Rugby World Cup New Zealand 2021, which will be played from 8 October to 12 November 2022. "With this project, we want to change perceptions of children and parents on women's sports and on equality between girls and boys," explains the director Olivier Reggiani. "We will allow all these students to discover different cultures, on different continents, around rugby and its values."
These 12 schools involved in the "Try and stop us for children" project are located in each country qualified for Rugby World Cup New Zealand 2021.
FOR DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH – In rugby, we are all equal in our differences!

The Club Omnisport Lyon Rugby wants to offer a new sport to people with mental or psychological disabilities, especially those with autism.
The objective? To help them gain autonomy and sociability, but also to reinforce equal access to sports, a factor of socialisation and well-being.
FOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES - « Les Aidés-Aidants »
The club of Malemort XV - EVMBO (New-Aquitaine) helps minors in statutory refugees situations, to participate in their social integration through rugby, by integrating them into the club life via a personalised course.
The long-term objective is to train them to teach sport to young players, with a strong idea of transmission.
