Cape Town Stadium
Construction of the iconic Cape Town Stadium began in March 2007 and was completed on 14 December, 2009 in time for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Since opening its doors, the stadium has hosted a multitude of events from international music acts, to adrenaline-charged family events such as Monster Jam and, of course, legendary sporting matches including the record-breaking Match in Africa. This match between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, which was attended by 51,954 fans, received recognition from the Guinness World Record for the highest number of spectators during a live Tennis Exhibition Match.

The stadium is home to the HSBC Cape Town Sevens, attracting record-breaking rugby crowds to what is regarded as one of the best live sporting events in the South African calendar. Recently, the stadium has undergone significant upgrades with the construction of 168 additional VIP suites and has become the official home of Western Province Rugby, following their move from Newlands Stadium.
